Shipping & Returns
Processing Time
Orders received between Monday and Friday are
usually processed the same day or by the end of next business day.
Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by
Monday or by close of business day Tuesday. 90% of our orders are
usually shipped the same day or by the end of next business day,as
long the product order is available.
We offer a full range of shipping options from USPS and UPS. For

Shipping Details
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined
by carriers. Alaska and Hawaii items ship via Priority service
and may require an additional day for delivery.
Shipping outside the billing address
Please expect a significant delay of one week if shipping to an
address other than your billing address while we verify your information.
Please avoid this delay by checking the box at checkout marked "I
am shipping to my billing address" to ship to your billing
address! We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but
it is necessary to combat fraud and keep our prices low!
Shipping Procedures
Shipping and handling charge is non-refundable for the following
packages: Returned Packages; Unclaimed Packages; or Undeliverable
Packages. *Exception is when it is our error in shipping.*
Any US order over $150.00 includes free standard shipping!
Additional Air Service Information
The air service guarantee does not apply to shipments that are
delayed due to causes beyond our courier's control; including
but not limited to weather conditions or natural disasters while
en route or upon delivery; government imposed security regulations;
disruptions with transportation networks that the courier uses
(ground or air); delays imposed by custom's authorities; strikes
and labor disputes.
For your security, please return your items with an insured courier
(e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt.
Amazon Factory is not responsible for items damaged or lost in
transit.
To ensure the safety and health of all our customers all sales on Bath, Body, Hair Care, Skin Care and WellBeing products are final.
If an item is received damaged, defective, or otherwise misrepresented, please contact us for replacement and we'll take care of the problem as soon as possible.
